*The Associated Bank Free Kids Club is no longer accepting new members for the 2011 season. Check back in early 2012 to sign up for next season. For those of you who have already joined, welcome to the club!

Associated Bank is the official sponsor of the Mallards Free Kids Club. Kids 12 and under are eligible to sign up for the Free Kids Club by completing the form below. By signing up, Associated Bank Free Kids Club members receive: (items may vary during the season)

An official "Associated Bank Free Kids Club Membership Card"
A voucher for two tickets (good for kids only)
A voucher for two hot dogs
A voucher for two sodas
Invitations to special events with the Mallards (such as a Pizza Party with the team & batting practice at the ballpark)
A customized co-branded Associated Bank Free Kids Club Draw-String Bag

Rules & Regulations:
-Only available for pick-up at the Mallards Ticket Office
-Must pick-up Associated Bank Free Kids Club packages during business hours 9 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, or Saturday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.
-Minimum 24 hour process time
-No package pick-ups two hours prior to game-time on game days
-1 membership per child per season
-Tickets must be redeemed in-person at the Mallards Ticket Office (based on availability)
-Ticket vouchers only good for the Free Kids Club Member
-One ticket per game per member
-Packages are available for pick-up after May 25, 2011
